Shane spent years working across commercial construction sites before stepping into project leadership and ultimately establishing Crafted Spaces.
That hands-on background means the business was not created in a boardroom. It was shaped by direct experience managing trades, solving site problems, coordinating services, and delivering under real program pressure.
Kylie brings operational and commercial oversight to every project. From contract administration and cost management through to client coordination, she ensures that the business side of delivery runs with the same discipline as the site.

A qualified fibrous plasterer turned Director and Licensed Builder, Shane has built his career delivering complex, high-quality projects across hospitality, retail, workplace, and bespoke sectors. He brings a hands-on leadership style, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern construction methods to deliver practical, well-executed outcomes. Known for his attention to detail and strong site presence, Shane ensures every project runs smoothly, safely, and to the highest standard, driving the quality, consistency, and reputation Crafted Spaces is known for.

Kylie oversees operations at Crafted Spaces, ensuring projects are supported by strong systems, clear processes, and seamless coordination behind the scenes. With a focus on efficiency and organisation, Kylie manages project administration, financial tracking, and internal workflows to keep everything running smoothly from start to finish. Known for her attention to detail and proactive approach, she plays a critical role in supporting the delivery team, maintaining communication across projects, and ensuring compliance and reporting requirements are met. Kylie’s structured, no-nonsense approach helps drive consistency, accountability, and overall project performance across the business.

Chris leads fit out delivery at Crafted Spaces with over 34 years of construction experience. A qualified carpenter and shopfitter, Chris brings a rare balance of hands-on trade knowledge and high-level project leadership across workplace, QSR, and education sectors.Known for his calm, solutions-focused approach, he excels at coordinating teams and maintaining clear communication with clients and consultants. His deep understanding of construction methodologies, compliance, and program control ensures projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard, making him a key driver of consistent, quality outcomes on every project.
