What it actually looks like to work at Crafted Spaces
We are a small team that delivers large-scale commercial projects for national brands.
That means every person on the team carries real responsibility. There is no room to hide and no reason to. The work speaks for itself, and so do the people who deliver it.
Our leadership is hands-on. Shane and Kylie are involved across every project. Decisions are made quickly. Communication is direct. If something needs resolving, it gets resolved. There is no red tape between a problem and its solution.
We work Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm. We protect weekends. We believe that people who are rested and respected do better work, and we structure the business around that.

The projects are varied. QSR fitouts, retail refurbishments, new builds, fitness spaces, and design & construct.
No two projects are identical, which means the work stays interesting and the learning never stops.

Accountability
Every person on the team owns their work. When something needs to be done, it gets done properly. When something goes wrong, it gets addressed directly. We don't pass problems sideways. We solve them.
