Full fitout of an existing tenancy delivering Chargrill Charlie's first Queensland restaurant. The project required precise coordination of commercial kitchen infrastructure, rotisserie systems, and specialist equipment within an active retail precinct with restricted access. Completed on program and opened on schedule as the brand's Queensland debut.

Club Lime, Waurn Ponds
Complete fitout of a 1,250sqm empty tenancy across two levels to deliver a fully operational 24/7 gym including training zones, amenities, reception, and a Pilates studio. Multiple trades worked across both levels at the same time to meet a compressed 7-week program. Completed on time and opened as a fully operational Club Lime facility.

Club Pilates, Kedron
Complete fitout of an existing two-level tenancy to deliver a premium Club Pilates studio featuring a 13-position reformer studio, private training rooms, reception, retail areas, and branded interior finishes to global standards. The project required reinforced walls for equipment mounting, full-height mirror installations, and coordination with existing building services within an accelerated 3-week program. Completed on time and opened as a fully operational Club Pilates studio.
