Complete fitout of a 1,250sqm empty tenancy across two levels to deliver a fully operational 24/7 gym including training zones, amenities, reception, and a Pilates studio. Multiple trades worked across both levels at the same time to meet a compressed 7-week program. Completed on time and opened as a fully operational Club Lime facility.

Complete fitout of an existing two-level tenancy to deliver a premium Club Pilates studio featuring a 13-position reformer studio, private training rooms, reception, retail areas, and branded interior finishes to global standards. The project required reinforced walls for equipment mounting, full-height mirror installations, and coordination with existing building services within an accelerated 3-week program.
